Getting ready for a service appointment at Wayne Toyota? Here's a step-by-step guide to help you know what to expect:

Appointment Scheduling: Before your service appointment, you'll need to schedule a convenient day and time to check your vehicle in. After scheduling your appointment, you should receive a confirmation, either via email or phone call, with details about the date, time, and location of your service appointment.

On the day of your appointment, arrive at Wayne Toyota's service department a little earlier than your scheduled time. This allows for any paperwork or discussions about your vehicle's needs. When you arrive at the dealership, pull up to the service drive-thru door and honk.

Check-in with our Service Greeter who will conduct a vehicle walk around. Then you will talk with your Service Advisor who will go over your recommended maintenance schedule or details of your service. At this time you can also discuss any concerns you may have. Your Service Advisor will ask when you need your vehicle back by and provide an estimated completion time.

Vehicle Assessment: After check-in, the vehicle is placed in a que and the technician will assess your vehicle. They may perform a visual inspection, check for any diagnostic trouble codes. Once the assessment is complete, your Service Advisor will prepare an estimate for recommended services or repair and let you know if the estimated completion time has changed.

Approval and Estimate: Before any work is performed, you'll need to approve the recommendations. The service advisor will provide you with an estimate of the costs involved. You can ask questions or seek clarification if needed. Once you agree, they will proceed with the service.

While you wait, you have the option of sitting in our comfortable customer lounge, where you may find amenities like snacks available for purchase and complimentary beverages. If you have a longer wait, we also offer a shuttle service dependant on availability.

Once the service is complete, the technician will perform a final inspection to ensure everything is in order. They will also update your vehicle's service records. Your Service Advisor will notify you by phone or in person that your vehicle is ready, at this time you can return to your Service Advisor’s desk to complete your payment and you will be provided with a detailed invoice. The service advisor may also discuss future service needs and recommended maintenance intervals based on your vehicle's mileage and condition.

Once you've completed payment and any necessary paperwork, you can collect your vehicle from the service department. Before leaving, take a moment to inspect your vehicle to ensure that the work has been completed to your satisfaction.
